My zine, Everyday feelings—
The story
During the early days of quarantine & throughout the months following, I created a zine called Everyday Feelings. Unemployed, I really wanted to start a project I could really pour myself into as I finished up college & entered “the real world”. Everyday Feelings combines some of my greatest hobbies/interests: writing, design, & photography. The response I’ve got from sharing my life online has been remarkable—I feel honored people care about my projects as much as I do. Everyday Feelings has proven to me that I have desire to create regardless of whether or not I benefit from it monetarily or am assigned projects.
My default setting as a person is creator.
In 2022, I got all 12 of my installments printed into a singular magazine. It was one of my greatest accomplishments as a creative. To see the physical manifestation of my work was really special. & being able to share different aspects of myself by sell copies of it was extremely rewarding.
While this project is wildly personal, I invite you to check it out & get to know me & my style…
